“Sirius, your feelings could never be a lot. I mean, you are very loud and touchy sometimes” Remus laughed. “But no one can ever tell you to tone it down. Are we clear? Never stop being who you are, because I like that guy very much. Even when he really annoys me, he also brightens up my life every day”
Sirius didn’t respond immediately, he just enjoyed the moment for a while as they smiled at each other.

Summary
Remus Lupin is invisible, and he likes it that way. He is perfectly content with letting his best friend Lily receive all of the attention. Her bright red hair and fierce personality make her impossible to miss, even if James Potter wasn't asking her out every second of the day in a variation of love songs and written confessions. Everything is going perfectly fine for hi until one of the love letters meant for Lily ends up in his bag and he ends up making himself a known presence to Sirius Black and James Potter while trying to return it. Remus isn't sure what he did, he just knows Sirius Black won’t stop bothering him.
