In all honesty, Otoya Eita had been struggling.
Struggling to resist temptations he believed he'd left behind along with all the other bad habits outside of Blue Lock. It was no suprise to anyone Blue Lock wouldn't allow anything to sneak by it's security, including the small sharp objects Otoya liked to call 'pain relievers' because it sounded nicer than calling them blades or box cutters; Sugar-coating things was nicer.

Bachira leans forward, pressing a feather-light kiss to his cheek. “Sleep well,” he says. Their fingers touch as Bachira steps away, sending an electric current straight to Isagi’s heart.
Isagi smiles. “You too.”
Bachira leaves, waving to Isagi as he disappears into the night. Isagi lifts a hand to his cheek as he walks to his room. His face is still warm, and he can’t stop smiling.
Later, Isagi is left to deal with the blush on his face and the loud beating of his heart. As he closes his eyes, Isagi comes to the sobering conclusion that he has a massive crush on the vampire with flowing hair, wild eyes, and a pretty smile.
(or, isagi falls head-over-heels for bachira, a vampire he meets at a party.)
