Summary
Ever since Peunto Antiguo, Darcy Lewis has been hero adjacent. But since the events in Westview when she was thrust literally into the middle of a psychotic break made real, Darcy has been determined to push her role in all things weird and wonderful to be at most a minor pastime.
That is until some utterly bizarre and wholly unexpected intel lands in her lap. Her life is about to become wholly more complicated when one half of the double act sent to save her is an ex brainwashed assassin. As they delve into the realm of mysticism, an ancient beast and the shadow world of eastern assassins, Darcy is somewhat relieved that Sergeant James Buchanan Barnes is along for the ride.
