    Elain Archeron is happily married to her true love, Graysen Nolan, and has settled into life at the Nolan estate. But her life is thrown into confusion when a faerie prisoner is brought to the manor. Meanwhile, across the Wall, her sister Feyre is the new Lady of the Spring Court, unhappily married to the High Lord and wondering if she's always destined to be cooped up and miserable on her own grand estate.

    An AU where Feyre marries Tamlin, and Elain marries Graysen, after the end of ACOTAR. Both sisters will make choices for themselves, determining their own destinies. We will also see the role that non-High Lords and Ladies can play in influencing events, on both sides of the Wall -- everyday sentries, servants, priestesses, and soldiers.
