Summary
“This costume is so itchyy,” Vash complains, tugging the fake white beard off his face.
“Hey, I offered to be Santa.” Wolfwood puts his hands up in defense. He’s got a candy cane in his mouth as it’s more kid-friendly than a cigarette, and when he saunters over to Vash to clap a hand on his shoulder the bells of his tacky shoes jingle. “At least we get a 30 minute break! Of all the odd jobs we’ve done most could barely offer us that,” he says with a smile. It’s a smile that Vash is quite fond of, one that scrunches the corners of Wolfwood’s eyes in a way that makes him appear fox-like and charming. It’d make him melt if it weren’t for the elf ears and obnoxiously green and red hat atop Wolfwood’s head.
Aka Vash and Wolfwood find some time on break to fool around despite the possibility of getting caught.

“Lemme make this clearer for you: I am not opposed to foolin’ around. In fact, I am even inclined to say that I want to. And if you agree, ya need to say yes. I’m not playin’ any of that hard to get bullshit. We’re either fuckin’ or not,” Wolfwood says, crude.
Nick is still looking away from Wolfwood as he mumbles something.
“Ya better look at me when ya speak, Nicky D,” Wolfwood demands.
Nick looks up at him with a scowl. “Fine. Yes, I wanna‘fool around.’ God, you’re worse than Blondie,” he growls. Wolfwood smiles.
“Good. Now that wasn’t so hard, was it?”
Nick sticks his tongue out at him. Wolfwood’s face falls.
“Lord, give me strength…” he mutters before leaning down to kiss him.

Summary
Wolfwood looks around to see if any of his companions appear willing to help but Milly’s in the middle of creating a pyramid of martinis and the other two seem to be fighting over— oh God, is that the remote?
Wolfwood slowly sits up straighter and prepares for the worst. He stubs out his cigarette and knocks back a glass of something that isn’t his, handing the person he stole from a 5 before going all in.
In the distance Meryl is balancing her knees on a stool to reach up and steal the remote from Vash who’s dangling it way out of her reach. She swipes for it, grazing a button in the process, and kickstarts probably the worst next few minutes of Wolfwood’s life.
Aka Wolfwood and his companions are strapped for cash stuck in New Vegas, and he was chosen as the person of sacrifice for their plan to make a quick buck.

“Can you please just be fucking normal for once?” He asks, looking down at Vash. “I’m sick and tired of having to work around all your..” he vaguely waves his hand, wafting a bit of smoke around “..Spikey-isms,” he finishes.
“Spikey-isms?” Vash tries to sound offended, currently occupied with attempting to wiggle out from under Wolfwood.
“Yeah, Spikey-isms,” Wolfwood says, digging his thumb into Vash’s side hard enough to make him yelp. “The weird shit that only you’re dumb enough to pull.”
Aka Vash and Wolfwood find themselves in an argument they've had before and resolve it in a way that’s only a little sacrilegious, depending on who you ask.
