    After that jaw-dropping confession on the big screen in the basketball arena, Kyle stormed into the broadcasting room and cornered Eric just as he was trying to slip away. The redhead’s face was flushed—with anger or embarrassment, it was hard to tell. He grabbed the still-grinning chubby boy by the collar, pulled him close until their noses were almost touching, and hissed through gritted teeth.
    "…If you want to be my boyfriend that bad, then fine. I’ll fucking give you fatass what you want."

    Eric always smelled like vanilla and cherry lip balm—like some kinda dessert. Kyle kinda liked it, not that he’d ever admit it. He ignored the shock in the other boy’s eyes, leaned down, and kissed him hard—all teeth and anger.
