“Deku, look in the fucking mirror.” Katsuki’s voice held an uncanny amount of fear in it. Izuku had never heard such a confident boy sound so disturbed before.
“Kacchan, wha–” Izuku felt his heart drop to his stomach.
The boy in the mirror staring back at him was not the reflection Izuku knew. No, this couldn’t be happening. His curly green hair had been replaced by blonde tufts and in the absence of those large, expressive green eyes, layed a pair of thin red ones. His freckles and natural tan had disappeared for a paler more muscular body. But this body wasn’t his. This body was Katsuki’s.

"Deep down, he knows that if Belos were to invade his body again, the man wouldn’t even need to come up with his own schemes—he’d simply act on Hunter’s thoughts. That’s what Belos did at the graveyard, right? Belos may be evil, but so is Hunter, deep down. He’ll never admit it, but he’s had these types of fantasies long before Halloween. Now that Belos has indulged him, the occasional violent thoughts have become the default subject of his daydreams."
Or: Hunter's Tourette's flares up after moving in with the Nocedas. He keeps having these awful thoughts, too, and they never go away until he *makes them* go away with his preventative measures.

Summary
Ever since Hunter became an unwilling inhabitant of the Human Realm along with his friends, a worrying truth nagged at the back of his mind: He did not have access to his anti-epileptic potions.
He had hoped his brain would be merciful enough to let everyone settle into their new normal before he had to disclose his condition. But of course, it had to make itself known (only a week into their stay) with a seizure.
A bad one.
