A Transfem Jax AU—because joy should remain at the centre of who we allow ourselves to be, and it's never too late—even in a digital purgatory.

    Summary

A series of somewhat lengthy one-shots centered around the idea that Jordie (miraculously) is resurrected and shows up in Ketterdam post Crooked Kingdom.
NO changes to Kaz's or any of the other crow's backstories.

This series is not marked as complete mostly bc I'm probably going to keep adding to it whenever I'm in the mood, and the fact that each installment is a completed story.

    Summary

“We should be flooded with clients, Nick! Innocent people lining the streets hoping to have you as their lawyer! But, there’s no one. We’re empty. Zilch. Nada.”

“Okay….I see your point,” Phoenix reasons, because really, she’s not wrong. You’d think that with their track record, they would have at least one client at all times, but it feels like at the end of every big case, there’s just months of silence without anyone calling and…..

    RING. RING. RING. RING.

“Ah ha! That always works,” Maya grins as she races to the phone, sticking her tongue out at Phoenix. “Whenever we complain about why we don’t have a case, we always get a case. Magic.”

(Phoenix and Maya take on a client to help out a friend. As always, shenanigans ensue)

    Summary

“I am a von Karma. We are built to weather the cold.” A deliberate pause, and then Franziska conceded, “I despise it.”

That sounded almost like a joke, and the marvel of it was a little like witnessing a unicorn in the wild, but Maya couldn’t help the serious question that arose in her mind, unbidden:

Then why did you stay all night in the Inner Temple, back then?

    -

Franziska enlists Maya's help in solving a case, but when things don't go as planned, unexpected emotions come to light.
