Junhui blinked. “What?”
“I said I’m going to marry someone rich,” Minghao repeated, more decisively this time, as if he had just solved something very important about the universe. “So I can buy more colour pencils. And markers. And maybe those big paint sets in the wooden boxes.”
Junhui frowned. “You’re just lazy.”
Minghao’s head snapped toward him so fast the swing twisted sideways. “I am not!”

“Hi! We’re so excited that you’re here,” the man says. He’s speaking Chinese. How interesting. Minghao hates it. “Minghao, right?”
“Myungho,” Minghao says. He’ll speak Korean in this house or he’ll kill himself. Chinese reminds him too much of home, of himself, and it’s too intimate. This man, this new teammate, shouldn’t know enough about Minghao to speak Chinese to him. “Nice to meet you.”
The man’s smile only falters a little bit. “Nice to meet you too. I’m Junhwi.”
“I know,” Minghao says. He doesn’t say it like a compliment, because it isn’t. He knows Junhui. Not a compliment.

Angular face, strong nose, a little threatening, and platinum fucking blonde hair. Defined brows, gentle eyes, built frame that’s obvious even under layers of clothing. Maybe a few centimeters taller than him, the perfect height for Jisung to be able to hook his chin over his shoulder. He even has lips that look like they would slot against Jisung’s like a puzzle piece, a factor he hadn’t thought to consider before but has now been added to his mental list of ideal-partner qualities.
