Summary
Tartaglia returns to Snezhnaya after a two year adventure abroad. Things are painfully the same, and infinitely different.
His new role puts him right next to Capitano, who finally seems to be spending more than a disinterested glance on him, but he's not sure what's changed to make him take notice. After Liyue, he's hesitant, but curiosity eventually wins over.
