The uncomfortable feeling is back as Jason makes a face. He looks scared, sad, and angry all in one. His jaw goes tight, the scar twitching. Jason's eyebrows are knitted tightly together. His face and hair are no longer shined on, he blind was closed on the window a while ago.
Leo notices even if Jason doesn’t want him to. Leo raises both eyebrows while chewing on his inner lip. “Do you not wanna kiss me at midnight?” Fear and uncertainty are undertones in the question. Leo looks over Jason’s face on the phone screen, not finding anything to make his suspicions better.
