The broadcast ends with no mention of Atsumu and in his frustration, Osamu smashes his fist against the worktop and curses loudly. The radio clatters to the floor and Suna flinches, tense as Osamu stomps over to the living area. For a moment he thinks Suna is about to crack a joke from the way he opens his mouth and Osamu is three seconds from pummelling him against his tool rack, until his expression softens in a way that is reserved for Osamu’s eyes only.
“So, you’re missing someone.”

A softer knock drags him from his thoughts. Miya’s voice calling through the wood. “Hey Omi-kun, it’s me. I just thought– well– ya wrist, is all, ya favoured it earlier.”
Sakusa hesitates, opening the door opens him to the fear of Miya, the fear of being known. Of being seen. He should say no. He knows he should. He’s a Sakusa, he doesn’t need help, and certainly not from fake blonds who make his chest hurt and would disappoint his family. He’s dealt with this on his own for years, what harm is another training camp?
He opens the door.

in which schweiden adler and rookie-of-the-year sakusa kiyoomi is suddenly traded to the msby black jackals and atsumu miya (who was not awarded rookie-of-the-year) is forced to adjust to his new life with his rival, who turns out to be the most uptight asshole in the world.
