"You're back." Parrot stated.
"Yeah. I am." Wifies replied. "Are you happy to see me again?"
"Happy?" Parrot sounded appalled. "Happy to see you?" Parrot drew a sword, and Wifies's body acted before his brain did. He ducked, dodging Parrot's attempt to slit his throat.
Wifies froze. Parrot used his shock to pin him to the wall, sword held to his throat but not close enough to draw blood.
As Parrot hesitated, Wifies looked into his eyes. There was anger in them, but more prominently fear.
Parrot still cared about him, but was trying to kill him. Parrot didn't trust him or think he could change.
Parrot had given up on him.
A tear ran down his cheek. Wifies blinked the tears out of his eyes, and tried to gauge Parrot's expression.
Parrot looked shocked. Had he ever seen Wifies cry?

After his death, the clone known as Directorfies is found by his creator, Evilfies, who brings him back to life. The only thing he cares about is Parrot, and he'll do anything to let Evilfies see him again, even if it means willingly submitting to Evilfies, giving up his autonomy, and becoming his pet.
