Aizawa is an underground hero. That means no one knows who he is, he doesn't have fans, and people don't ask him to sign things. But it seems Midoriya didn't get the memo on that, because not only does he try to get an autograph from Aizawa but he's also weirdly adamant about getting it for... his brother?
Who the fuck is Midoriya's brother and why does he want Aizawa's autograph?

Summary
Even though he shares a quirk with the worst supervillain to ever live, Izuku is determined to use his quirk for good. He will not go down the path of All for One. They're different, and Izuku is a hero. He won't go around taking quirks permanently. He borrows, he doesn't take.
But life does not care for absolutes, morality is relative, and Izuku finds his resolution wavering.

Todoroki Shouto has spent his entire life in All Might's shadow, so it's almost automatic the way his attention goes to the hero in school. He observes All Might constantly. It's surprising that he ends up constantly observing Midoriya at the same time. Does no one else see the way the two of them spend time together or have private discussions?
But then he keeps watching, and what he sees speaks of something darker than he imagined from the number one hero.

“Midoriya was— he was so much calmer when you were with him last night,” Iida continues in a more controlled tone. When he was using me as a teething toy, Aizawa fills in. “All of us were. I— I know it’s highly irregular! But I believe I speak for all of us when I say that you’re—” Iida hesitates. “...You’re… pack.”
And that’s the kicker here, isn’t it? It’s highly irregular for a teacher to stay with a student through a presentation, or a rut or a heat, but for a pack member— for a pack member, that’s not just normal. That’s expected. Especially an older, more experienced pack member, long since presented, comfortable and in control of their body.
Usually, that role would be filled by family or older friends. Siblings, parents, trusted senpais. But 1-A— they’re stuck with Aizawa.
Midoriya presents as an alpha. Aizawa laments that no one in his problem class is capable of doing anything normally. Or, Aizawa accepts his role as the leader and pseudo-parent of a pack of teenage idiots.

“Daddy, I found the milk!”
The words were accompanied by a tug on his sleeve, and Hizashi startled so badly he dropped the tub of ice cream he was holding.
He managed to awkwardly catch it between his hip and the freezer door before it hit the ground, and let out a sigh of relief. Then he remembered his priorities, and glanced over to the right, where a young boy with bright green eyes and hair was nervously shuffling his feet, holding out a carton of milk with the hand not attached to Hizashi’s sleeve. He was tiny. Only four years old, perhaps? Five?
Hizashi looked in confusion from the hand on his sleeve to the milk and back to the boy’s face. “Hey kid, I think you’ve got the wrong—”
“No, Daddy, we always have this milk!” the boy said quickly, rushing the words before Hizashi could finish. This time, however, his eyes darted nervously over his shoulder, and Hizashi paused. That wasn’t just nervousness in the boy’s eyes – it was fear.
Or: Hizashi saves tiny Izuku in a grocery store, and then proceeds to save him forever.
