“Yeah, love?” Alex replies from behind their bathroom door.
“Do we know a…” he double checks the invitation. “Nicholas Nelson or Charles Spring?”
“Uh, I don’t think so. Why?” Alex pads into the kitchen barefoot, a pair of joggers slung low on his hips. He towels off his hair, still damp from the shower.
Henry flashes the invitation to Alex, amused. “Because we’ve been invited to their wedding.”
Or: Charlie’s in Year 10 when Henry and Alex’s emails get leaked. 10 years later, Henry gets a letter in the mail from the boy he unknowingly helped save.
