Summary
Charlie finds out that Alastor was hiding an injury after she finds him dying in his hotel room three weeks after the extermination. She asks Lucifer to heal him, and he does...no one, however, expects the aftermath of surviving an angelic wound to be to be returning to the last time you were still pure in life.

Summary
Alastor has always been an opportunist. When a good opportunity falls into his lap like a red apple fell onto Sir Isaac Newton's head, he'll take it and use it to his best benefit. But the thing Alastor finds a little bit pathetic about himself is that, unfortunately, he IS also an Altruist. Besides, sometimes replanting that apple, making it grow and thrive, could bring him more benefits than gorging on it the second he gets it.

Summary
Steve Harrington thinks he might be dead. He stares at the complexion of the boy in the mirror and thinks that maybe he didn't make it out of the upside down after all. The For list is certainly longer than the Against list. The idea doesn't seem so unlikely after everything he's seen these last few years. Adds himself to the pile of bodies that has been steadily growing in his periphery. A fly lands on the mirror and he thinks of the moniker that got thrown around the middle school before it was tossed around the high school. Little Will Byers. Zombie boy. Says it aloud to the fly.
"Zombie Boy."
The words sit too comfortably on his tongue to be anything but true. Steve Harrington is dead and he is so incredibly fucked.

With careful hands, Charlie piled wood, sticks, and paper, then lit the pile with a snap of her fingers.
"Oh. I was... I was cleaning that," Niffty told her, holding up her ash-covered hands and forearms to show them to Charlie.
"Yeah, but I wanted to light a fire!"
"That's it!" Alastor snapped suddenly, standing from his armchair and slamming his book down on the end table. Everyone's eyes snapped to him as he declared, "All-Hotel meeting, now!"
