He was carted off for his injuries, after punching the top half of All for One’s face off. They were completely certain he had died, so no one looked after the body until it was time to cremate it.
Because of that, no one noticed the small, purple-black swirl of mist that wrapped around the real body, taking it away, before dropping off a complete, fake replica."

The universe is a.. Finicky thing. One small change can result in a catastrophic change later down the line.

Summary
When gifted an opportunity to get back at the hero society that almost led him to suicide, Izuku Midoriya takes the chance. Along the way, he finds he's much more powerful than he's ever known, he finds who his father is, and who his real friends are. Slipping into Yuuei's class 1-A as the traitor, Izuku is the rat the League needs to get a leg up on the heroes, however, he's not the only one. Tasked with both feeding info to the villains and putting on an act of as little hero worshipping teens, the traitors must deduce who the fellow snake in the garden is without alerting the others. Regardless of the outcome, hero society will fall. They shouldn't have turned their backs on Midoriya, and now they would reap what they sow.

Summary
It’s the last year for class 1-A and everyone is getting ready to debut as heroes. Everything is going great, some have already acquired fans, some already have agency offers, all because Yuuei has nearly constantly broadcasted their progress. However, on the first day of their last year, every student in the hero course receives an email with a link to a drive with a vaguely threatening subject line.
However, two students simply receive an offer, no link included.
Or:
Izuku doesn’t get into Yuuei and gets disillusioned with hero society, forming a plan to fight villainy his own way, all while keeping heroes in check.
