How would All Might (and the others) have reacted to Shigaraki Tomura's outburst (in the raid on Kamino Ward) if the Nomus hadn’t so quickly intervened? What if Eraserhead was in on the operation and All For One was quickly subdued? Can Shigaraki cope with failure and arrest, will he succumb to his mental instability or can he learn to face reality and be rehabilitated? If so, it's going to be a long road ahead for his twisted (conditioned?) mind.
This is all about and for Shigaraki Tomura.. probably with more Hurt than Comfort.
IMPORTANT:
There's a single rape scene in this fic. Don't like spoiling things but people complained after not heeding the tags or multiple warning notes in the fic. Thus, I set an archive warning. Elaborating because I don't want people to think this is an erotic-focused fic. It's a story of pain and struggle, trauma (past and new) and recovery - it's realistic, dark and explicit. There was a loud thump as the man fell to the ground. He fumbled for his wallet and threw it at the shadows.
“T-there! Now leave me alone!” the man yelled, stumbling up. He watched the shadows with wide eyes, limping over to the exit of the alley. His right leg hung uselessly, blood still dripping from the deep cut across his thigh.
A short frame came from the shadows, light illuminating the person’s main feature, like their black and white hair and thin frame. A flash of black came from the boy, and the wallet was lifted by the tendril coming from the fold of his scrappy clothes. A pale hand came out and grasped the wallet, flipping through it.
“Hm. Should be good for a week or so…” A young voice said, coughing as they slipped it into a pocket.
The thin form backed into the shadows, and vanished again.

Sanko-shishō shot her an unimpressed look. “Yes?” she asked, nodding her head in Shinme-shishō’s direction. “What?”
“We could call in the Rengokus!” Obanai felt a mix of surprise and confusion rise in him, only to be replaced by excitement. “How come?” he asked suspiciously, sure there was a catch.
Shinme-shishō paused. “Ah…” She seemed unsure of what to say. “Because they would be excited, no? And perhaps they have some pointers. Rengoku is a Hashira.”
“Tips on Breathing Styles, right?” Sanko-shishō said pointedly, turning a frustrated gaze to her sister. Obanai got the feeling he was missing something.
“Of course,” Shinme-shishō said confidently. “And anyway, you haven’t seen them in a while. It’s high time for a visit.”
It’s basically a scar/past trauma reveal type of thing because there literally are one, though it’s going to take a long time to get there. So yay, long fic!

Akutagawa was an independent worker. he had never chosen to work with a team, and he was very confidant that given the choice, the Armed Detective Agency wouldn't have worked with him either. They didn't have any sort of obligation to him, just like he had none to them. That didn't mean it doesn't sting when they ignore his injuries in favor of someone else's though, just because they were a bit worse.
OR
The five times Akutagawa's injuries were ignored because someone else's were worse, and the one time someone realized just how bad things were.

The only reason he was so adamant he be the one to go on this undercover mission for an undetermined period of time so he could play a hero hopeful at UA, the most prestigious hero school in all of Japan was because with all he had heard about the place, Ryuunosuke was convinced that he could become stronger there, and it was for that reason alone that he did not care that there was a possibility of him attending this school and playing a part for three whole years.
