“I guess what I’m trying to say, Mikasa, is that ever since I was a kid, I’ve hated you.”
Those words had absolutely done it for Armin. Not only had Eren come waltzing in the room when the two hadn’t expected it, but he also had the nerve to talk shit to them. The two people he had known almost his entire life, who had always been there for him. Armin wasn’t even sure if he was looking at the same Eren he knew.
Before Armin could stop himself, he was lunging across the table to reach Eren. Mikasa jumped up immediately, tears in her eyes as she held Armin back.
“Armin, don’t!” Armin shrugged her off of him and swung his fist, hitting Eren solid on the cheek. Eren stumbled out of his chair at the impact, but was on his feet again in no time. Armin barely had time to register Eren’s movements before he felt a fist collide with his cheek.

After a fight that gets a little out of hand, Eren kidnaps Armin, but for worse reasons than Armin thought.
