Summary
Mycroft Holmes is an important man. He is the British Government, when he's not busy being the British Secret Service or the CIA. He is a creature of habit with powerful friends and dangerous allies. He needs protection and somebody that is not afraid to get their hands dirty on his behalf.
Lucinda Blackwood has trained her whole life for this, literally. As a child she was kidnapped and trained to be an assassin but she's tired of working for the bad guys and ready to settled back into London life. A job interview with Mycroft Holmes gives her, not only a job, but a reason to live again.
This is a slow burn fic of Mycroft Holmes with an original female character that runs alongside the tv series - I will be using the show as cannon with only minor changes to accommodate the inclusion of a new character.
There will be love, heartbreak, fluff, maybe smut (I am undecided yet) and so much more....
