Summary
The 74th Hunger Games came and went, and the rebellion was forced back underground. Katniss and Peeta had to move to the Capitol, where they had no choice but to continue playing their roles as "The Star-Crossed Lovers," even as the years passed. The embers of rebellion, though, never really stopped smoldering. It was just a matter time before something reignited them.
(A series of interconnected snapshots that take place in the Alternate Universe I've created where Katniss and Peeta's engagement was enough to stop the unrest in the districts. This fic draws heavily on the events mentioned in my two, previous one-shots in this universe, “Masquerade,” and “A Gilded Cage,” and I would recommend reading those first.)

Summary
(Formerly called "A World Without the Rebellion.") A series of stories from an alternate universe where Katniss and Peeta succeeded in pacifying the districts and stopping the rebellion from happening. The Games continued from that point forward, the Capitol tightening its grip on power even further, and Katniss and Peeta had no choice but to play out the charade they began in the arena.
