Yoongi thought he’d gotten used to Jungkook’s quirks. Best friends since elementary school, he’d fielded his first late night phone call at the age of nine, when Jungkook had called to ask him in a hushed voice what he thought about aliens. (“Hyung, hyung, why would we send spaceships if there is nothing up there?”) When they had shared an apartment right after Yoongi graduated university, he’d walked in on Jungkook naked, making paint angels on a massive canvas. When he’d asked, Jungkook had just said, “it’s art, hyung.” And don’t get him started about that time with Hoseok and the bag of stolen dildos in Jungkook’s last year of high school.
So, when they met for their weekly dinner, and Jungkook had asked Yoongi just after he’d finished his glass of soju, “Hyung, what do I do when a ghost won’t stop stealing my keys?” Well, Yoongi wasn’t necessarily surprised.
