Summary
On a sigh, Jon says, “You didn’t do as I asked.”
“I didn’t know you’d arrive today,” Sansa rushes to say; a measly defence, because that’s not the reason she didn’t do it.
“I understand,” he says, sliding his hand around from her throat to the back of her neck, guiding her down to kiss him again.
Jon pulls away from her, nudging his nose against hers. His hand tightens around her throat, for just a second, and then he drops it down to her waist, circling it around her back and down to cup her arse.
“But you know I can’t let such a thing go unpunished. Get up and bend over the desk, sweetheart.”

Summary
The Doctor sighed, wistfully remembering that very first trip out with Rose. She’d been flabbergasted at the mere concept of universal roaming, and the Doctor couldn’t help but smile as he recalled the delighted wonder in her tone. She could comprehend the sentient, telepathic time-and-space ship, but somehow the concept of advanced technical jiggery pokery baffled her--as if there were anywhere in the world he couldn’t get a silly little signal to.
Perhaps he should’ve considered something similar for Amy, prodded her to call Rory or something. Of course, he couldn’t have known they’d end up engaged, in his defense. And picking him up was just inherently better, wasn’t it? No need to upgrade the cell phones just yet--well, it could never hurt, just because one of them wasn’t stuck on Earth didn’t mean they wouldn’t need to call every once in a while--
As if there were anywhere in the world he couldn’t get a silly little signal to--
Just because one of them wasn’t stuck on Earth--
Rassilon, he was an idiot.

Summary
The Doctor is alone, stuck on a backwards little planet, but it's not so bad. He's helping, teaching; he likes caring about something again. Even temporarily.
But then, when this strange place abruptly offers him something in return -a choice, a second chance to keep the love he'd long believed lost for good- he just might take it, and stay forever.
No matter the price.

Summary
He’s known… well, not quite from the moment they’d first found each other again, because when he’d first seen her his brain had simply stopped, grinded to a halt as his eyes drank her in, and he couldn’t have focused on a single thing other than the repeated mantra of her name (RoseRoseRose) as he held her again with arms that he thought would never get to know her touch.
But soon after that, at least. He’s known since approximately then that eventually… eventually he would have to tell her about the room on the TARDIS that was somehow both hers from him and also his from her--hers from him in the literal sense, and his from her in that her very presence managed to comfort him within those walls, despite the fact that she’d never once stepped foot through the door, not physically. He’d brought her in instead, piece by piece, gift by gift, and with each one the memories of her and all of the feelings she evoked in him seemed to saturate the shelves and the walls and the floor until he could practically bask in them all, until he could simply rest in this place that had been created for them and let the nostalgia and yearning wash over him until he all but drowned in it.
