Despite having no blood connection to her daughter, Breha loved her with her entire soul and would do whatever necessary to keep her daughter safe. Kintsugi, sometimes known as Kintsukuroi, is the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. The Japanese don't believe that just because something is broken that it needs to be thrown away and forgotten. They mend broken things with gold not hiding the cracks but filling them with gold to repair the broken clay. What was once broken is now not only stronger but more valuable. The art is meant to not only embrace your imperfections but highlight them as you wont realize your full potential until you have gone through rough times.
