Framed for a felony drug charge while vying for an internship at Stark Industries, Peter Parker loses his scholarship, job opportunities, six months of freedom, and faith in the criminal justice system.
Although Peter is still secretly Spider-man, he is now more commonly known as Mouse, a dishwasher at NYC's Hellhouse and Weasel’s unofficial messenger boy.

ENDGAME SPOILERS
well, not really but better safe than sorry.
Peter didn't know what would happen when he put on the gauntlet--staring the Mad Titan down.
certainly not this.
or: Peter was the one that used the Gauntlet and the effects were world changing. Now, Peter is a immortal, the Guardian of the Stones--keeping them safe through the passage of time, starting from the beginning.
He was there when the planets started to form, and watched as civilizations grew. He got use to his new task, keeping a eye on the stones as they influenced the world around them. He had part of the stones with him, this was true--and he had long since master the use of them.
However, the stones still needed to be out in the cosmos so he was more connected to the spirit of them, and it marked him. Now, he knew when the a wielder of a Stone threatened to unbalance everything and would take it away.
He lived like this for millennia, unchanged--until the year of 2010 on planet Earth.

What if the civil war didn't happen in Germany, but rather near Queens? Where a certain Spiderman is determined to protect his turf, with the help of his team?
And now all of the Avengers have personally made it their life's reason to figure out who the lone hero in pajamas is?

Aunt May's abusive boyfriend seems to be the latest trope to find itself written and rewritten to infinity.
I would like to try my hand on this as well, while also presenting a different side to it, that I believe you haven't read in other fanfics so far.Series
