   Summary

   see, they've made a sort of agreement. pest has taken an interest in their workings, as a sentient robot created centuries ago. prototype could catch his glances across the elevator, even if he ducked his head down to hide them behind his cap. after a few attempts at snatching their parts, prototype has offered to give them up themselves. well, prototype has offered for pest to look. but they didn't need to know the outcome of that offer. pest had his own agenda. it wouldn't matter in the end.
