Summary
Evernight only ever saw herself as a failsafe since manifesting from March 7th’s desires. This body, March 7th’s body, is not hers, nor is it her life to live. Instead, Evernight is a guardian, a protector, a mere watcher from the shadows that brings destruction in her wake.
