Summary
Laudna hadn’t heard anyone coming, lost as she was in her thoughts, and if she said so herself she was pretty difficult to sneak up on. But it wasn’t just anyone that had snuck up on her, here in the shadow of the massive cherry tree at the edge of the center of Zephrah. It was the Voice of the Tempest herself.

It would be delusional to think that she’d somehow awakened Laudna’s sexuality from across two walls and twenty feet of grass and pavement. All they’ve done is make dinner together in separate kitchens at three in the morning and send a stupid number of texts. All she is is a neighbor. And they've never even met.
