Summary
Hamato Yoshi’s life couldn’t have been more perfect, with his beautiful wife and daughter, four sweet infant sons, and a powerful clan to protect them…that was, until the vengeful Oroku Saki turned on the ones who had raised him and destroyed everything in the name of the Foot Clan, killing Yoshi’s wife, daughter, and oldest son in the process.
Overcome by grief, Hamato Yoshi left Japan with his three remaining sons to move to New York City, where a strange encounter and accident left him and his boys mutants outcast from society. With their lives drastically altered, he turns to teaching his sons the art of ninjutsu in the shadows of the city’s sewers, which will mean life or death for them when Oroku Saki, calling himself the Shredder, learns of their survival and comes after them in New York. With him comes the rest of the Foot Clan, most noticeably his two children Karai and Kaito. The turtles quickly discover that Karai is their long lost sister, who they immediately make every effort to bring back to the fold.
The true enigma, though, is the adopted Kaito, who little do they know is far closer to their story than they ever could have guessed, and desperately in need of their help….

A feeling so blank and hollow it could rival the stillness of Catherine’s body in the alley. The quiet sniffles from his brother next to him was what finally pulled him out of his own head.
“We have to move her.”
“What?” Tim looked up at his brother shocked as tears finally began to stream down his face.
“She can’t stay here. Someone will eventually notice her body and report it.”
