Shadow had been peacefully working his job as the head bartender at Club Rouge, for nearly a decade now. The most drama he’d experience at any given moment, usually consisted of throwing violent drunks or sexual deviants to the curb, if they dared get in his way.
That was until the new hiree, a DJ who goes by the name Sonic, began seeking out his friendship. Making it an effort at the end of every night, to harass Shadow into giving him a free drink.
At first Shadow found his childish antics insufferable, but as he got to know Sonic better, a strange new feeling for him bloomed—one he had never experienced before.
It isn’t until he confides this information into his regular customer, Amy Rose, that she makes it clear to him that what he's feeling for Sonic, is not just annoyance, but is actually attraction.
Now with this idea in mind, Shadow is left confused about his feelings for Sonic—having never liked another before, let alone a man.
But as the DJ coerces The Bartender into spending time with him outside of work, both of their feelings for one another become abundantly clear...
