Sabine moved forward, her steps faster now.
A lightsaber blade emerged from the underbrush, glowing, pointing straight at her, hissing as it burned against the large jungle leaves. At the other end of the orange-red blade, partially hidden in the foliage, lay Shin Hati.
“You,” Sabine gasped.
Shin’s blade was trembling. Her eyes were wide, her mouth pinched.
“You,” she hissed.
Shin made no move to attack, and Sabine took a probably stupid step closer. Shin was clutching her belly with one hand, and there was blood. Oh, void, there was a lot of blood.-
On the jungle planet of Kashyyyk, Sabine encounters her greatest enemy, and is faced with an impossible choice - finish this fight once and for all, or do what she can to save her. And once she makes her choice, can she even follow through?
