Ed is the voice star of an animated TV show about pirates. He's at Comic Con, he loves Comic Con, but it's not one of the exhibits that catches his eye..

Summary
The tiredness hits him like waves crashing onto rocks during a storm. His limbs feel heavy, far too heavy to move, and the nausea is overbearing. He closes his eyes, the light is making the pain in his head worse, it feels as if it's starting to split into two. He can feel himself slowly fading away. A voice plunges through the darkness trying desperately to reach him. “Stede, Stede…” He thinks that’s his name, he’s not sure, it's too hard to think.
After a blow to the head, Stede finds himself living in a place he doesn't recognise, with a man he doesn't remember. Is it possible to fall in love with the same person twice?
This story is inspired by the 1991 film "Regarding Henry" and some personal experience.

Summary
The ballad of Ed and Stede was composed a long time ago in the most unremarkable of settings, an office in the middle of a sprawling city. There was nothing particularly special about this office either. It was quite ordinary and not unlike any other dotted all over the world. In fact, there are probably many close by to where you live. The only difference being, it was here where their song weaved its melody throughout the years.
As with any ballad, it tells of a great love story that often goes catastrophically awry but inevitably has a happy ending.

Summary
This was it! The moment Ed had been waiting for his entire life. All that work, the sacrifice had led to this. Closing his eyes, Ed drops his head slightly as his fingers glide across the keys of the piano. He takes a quick breath as he reaches the last verse.
He has the audience eating out of the palm of his hand. Even with his eyes closed, he can feel it. As he (almost) hits the last high note, he plays the closing bars of the song. His fingers come to a rest as he waits for the sound of the rapturous applause.
Ed's playing to a tough crowd, he resorts to daydreaming to help him get through, until he's brought back to reality by a blond vision in a teal suit.
Has music ever sounded so sweet?

Summary
Bored, bored, bored… Ed Teach was just so fucking bored. It was like he was stuck in some perpetual time loop where nothing changed. Everything was the same, second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour and so on and so on and so fucking on. Nothing surprised him anymore.
Ed has had enough. He's bored of the pirate life, of being Blackbeard, bored of it all. He runs away from the Queen Anne, leaves it all behind. Becomes a fisherman and gets caught up in the most fascinating raid of his life.

Stede Bonnet did not have the bandwidth for business, he was tired of thinking outside of the box and he certainly didn't have all of his ducks in a row. He was, according to his father, a complete and utter idiot that had cost the company thousands.
Stede is about to go on a roller coaster journey of self discovery. With the help of good friends, he finds out who he is and what he wants... finally.

Ed's house hasn't had any heating or hot water for days. He's grumpy because he's cold, but the cute and very bubbly engineer standing in front of him is starting to make him feel warmer. Ed hasn't got a clue what he's talking about. He's enthusiastically explaining the fault and how he's going to fix it. Using all these technical terms that are just going over Ed's head. His eyes when he talks though....fascinating!
An Ed and Stede meet cute inspired by a real life situation with a broken boiler. No real angst, just a touch of longing. It's my first fic and I hope you enjoy.
