Summary

The Federation is vying for an alliance with Solkear due to its proximity to the neutral zone and abundance of natural resources. The Solkearan's desperate need for aid in the wake of a new pandemic provides the perfect opportunity to create good will with the insular and mysterious Solkearans. Unfortunately for the landing party, the Solkearans are of two minds about friendship with the Federation.
