Summary
It’s been a little over two years since Kirk was promoted to Admiral, and since the day Spock left in the middle of the night unannounced, headed for Gol. That’s when, seemingly out of nowhere, Kirk begins to show signs of fever and adrenaline overload reminiscent of the Vulcan pon farr.
After realising Spock is due for his next pon farr around this time, Kirk begins to theorise their experiences may be connected somehow. But if that’s true, then why isn’t Spock doing anything about it? In an effort to save both their lives, Kirk steals away on a ship bound for Vulcan. Shortly after his arrival, he is told that he and Spock share a telepathic bond, one which must be severed if Spock still hopes to complete the Kolinahr.
(Angst with a happy ending. There is an attempt at bond severing, but take one look at the two of them and tell me you think they can be separated. There’s also possessive desperate break-up pon farr sex half way through, so enjoy that.)

Summary
Finding herself annoyed at Sayaka's suspicions about her new world, Homura decides to teach her a lesson she herself learned long ago, across the span of several painful and repeated years. Sayaka must learn what the new world cost to create, she must learn how hard it was to save everyone. She must learn how hard it is to save even a single person.
Meanwhile, Sayaka Miki goes missing from the world. Madoka, Kyoko, and Mami begin the search for her, all whilst there are memories about other missing people from lifetimes ago growing clearer and clearer inside their minds.

Or: Homura puts Sayaka in a time loop pocket dimension where a version of Kyoko keeps dying in order to teach her to be grateful for what she has. In the real world, the others struggle to figure out where she's gone as Devil Homura's existence seeps back into the fold and Madoka's latent godlike abilities reawaken. -

The Enterprise enters a spiral orbit around the tide-worshipping planet Zameris, tasked with beaming up an ambassador and questioning them about the strange behaviours of their culture. Namely: The reason why Zameris contacts the Federation every 900 years only to then fall into almost total radio silence for decades after that.
The Enterprise enters a spiral orbit around the tide-worshipping planet Zameris, and Spock gets the strange feeling that he has done so before. He also has the feeling that the ship will soon run in to an inexplicable system failure which will render the entire crew doomed to either death or desertion, but he couldn't say as to why that is either.

Summary
During an away mission, McCoy contracts an alien virus which is highly contagious to humans, and soon finds himself reluctantly incapacitated while simultaneously confined to quarters. Thankfully, Vulcans are immune to the virus, meaning there is one (and only one) person McCoy can rely on to take care of him until the sickness blows over.
