“Here,” Nanako says, thrusting the bag at Satoru. “Take these.”
Satoru blinks, cautiously tugging it open. He reaches a hand inside, closes his fingers around what feels like a small, rectangular box - only to make a very, very ugly noise when he pulls it out and finds a pregnancy test sitting in his hand.
“No,” he chokes out, pushing it away. “No, I can’t - that’s not what this is.”
“Satoru,” Suguru breathes. “Baby.”
“I’m not pregnant, Suguru. I’m not -”
“You’ve woken up nauseous more than once these past couple weeks,” Suguru points out.
Satoru squeezes his eyes shut, swallows. “So?”
“It’s been two months since your last heat. You’ve been nauseous, your stomach’s been upset, and just last night, you told me that your chest felt sore. You’re having all the early symptoms of pregnancy, and now you’re eating apples?”

Summary
Satoru feels like someone is stabbing him from the inside, like his internal organs are being ripped to shreds. The fever had come on like a thief in the night, slipping past Sanji's defenses while he slept. Now, the world swam in a haze of heat and light, each breath tasting of copper and regret. Summary
Sanji had been strange since leaving Sabaody. Sanji had been even stranger leaving Fishman Island. There had been a few bickering fights but nothing up in each other's faces like Zoro had enjoyed before they were all sent flying by Kuma. Fights with Sanji were the highlight of day after sake and naps, and it had really begun to grind his gears.
