Summary
Every time Illuga and Flins happened to spend time together, Flins would find his emotional endurance being tested. He felt so selfish—wanting to monopolise Illuga’s attention, touch, everything. The turmoil of emotions became worse when Jahoda leaned into Illuga’s ear, whispering something that Flins couldn’t make out. The proximity they shared made Flins’ stomach drop, and he had to force himself to not react.
✧✧✧
Or, five times Flins was jealous and one time Illuga was, instead. -

Summary
“Archons preserve my patience,” Tighnari groans, massaging his temples.
“You split your household chores. You bring him his lunch at the Akademiya daily. Alhaitham looks after you when he thinks you’re sick. You two have weekly dinner dates. Kaveh, you do realize that with the list you’ve given me you’re both just a signed document short of being legally-wedded spouses, right?”
“Perhaps Kaveh’s just ‘twisted up’ after they’ve unknowingly ‘tied the knot’.” Cyno muses thoughtfully.
Silence.
“... Did you get it? Because they’re practically married? And Kaveh’s—”
“Cyno, qamari, I adore you, but finish that statement and you will find yourself exiled from my bed for the next month.”
Cyno wisely snaps his mouth shut.
(Or, after the Interdarshan Championship, Kaveh finds that his living situation with Alhaitham has become… peaceful, more or less?
But why? Nothing’s changed between him and his stoic junior. He simply prepares Alhaitham’s meals, sees him off to the Akademiya, takes care of their home, arranges his schedule so he doesn’t miss their weekly dinners at Lambad’s—
But that’s completely normal roommate behavior.
… Right?)

Summary
"He'll tell you that your hair falling in your face as you drafted projects over the table made him want to brush some behind your ear, just to have an excuse touch you. He's romantic, but it's all fantasy."
"It could be real," Kaveh retorts without thinking.
"Could it?" Alhaitham grunts a skeptical noise that makes Kaveh's stomach swoop alongside its cadence. "But it's not what you want, is it."
...
Kaveh may or may not have a thing for voices. Alhaitham may or may not set the bar.

Summary
Kaveh approaches a tourist whom he thinks is lost.
-
"You said you had a project you were thinking about. Are you a student?"
"No, no, I finish university many years ago. I am architetto—architect!" Kaveh gestured expressively. "I design buildings, I work on restoration of old buildings, sometimes I just... think about buildings." He laughed self-consciously. "My friends, they say I think too much about buildings, but buildings are importante! They are where we live, where we work, where we make our memories. Good architecture, it should make life better, you know? Should make people happy."
"An idealistic approach."
"You think is idealistic?" Kaveh looked at him curiously, head tilted. "Maybe yes. But if architects don't think about making people happy, then what? We just make boxes for them to be sad in?"
Despite himself, Alhaitham felt a smile threaten to surface. "A valid point."
