Summary
Like every umamusume born before her, Agnes Tachyon was born with the inherent obsession to run. Yet her body was inherently broken too, just like many before her. It would be a miracle if she was able to walk, let alone run. And like always, Tachyon had broken all expectations. She had held back at first, afraid of the consequences, afraid of never getting a taste of the feeling of freedom she felt while running on the turf—and the satisfaction of running past Jungle Pocket, the ever starry-eyed dreamer—, but in the middle of her fourth race she felt it. There was a pressure building up in her left foot, it was telling her this was as far as she could go.
What a dilemma it was! If she didn't slow down it would shatter and she would never be able to race again, but if she did slow down everyone would catch up to her.
If her destiny was for Satsuki Sho to be her last race, so be it.
And so Tachyon shatters herself.

Cafe and Pokke try to live a romance while Tachyon fights her own personal demons.
