Summary
Three left. Sky dealt better with his anxiety and breathing issues when distracted, and he'd probably tire himself out and end up falling asleep sooner rather than later. Sky's coddling was most of the care Four needed, as well; mentally, Warriors knocks Four – the person – off his list of people to take care of.
Injuries, now. Some of the tension leaks from Warriors's frame. Injuries are easy, now, familiar, no matter who he's treating. The current lack of healing items should stress him out, but that, too, comes with a strange tinge of comfort; they'd never had enough supplies during the war effort, perpetually using more than they could gather.
Familiarity was comforting. That didn't mean it was good.

Warriors is a strategist, Legend knows this. And for all Warriors’ bravado and flamboyance, he knows when to keep his head down, which makes his current behavior so odd.
There’s the sound of another hit, the solid impact of flesh and bone, and an answering cheer from the onlookers. The big man grins, looking out at the small crowd like he’s the champion of a grand duel.
Warriors is grabbed by the throat, hauled upward to expose his face to the firelight. The sneer falls from the man’s face as he sees Warriors’ answering smile. Their captive is far from the terrified mess they want him to be.
“I’ll only ask one more time.” The man glowers down at Warriors’ overly polite expression. “Where is your little friend?”
“Ah. Slipped through your greasy fingers, did he?”
Wars, you idiot, what are you doing?

Summary
Despite their shared drinks in awkward silence afterwards, his memory is painfully detailed. How Rupert expressed his genuine surprise that the second born would have any real, artistic talent. The way that Tessa attempted to stop him before he revealed that Anthony had essentially bought his place at the Academy, confirming how everybody knew except him. Even Tessa, who had to sneak into the lecture halls to practice drawing on her own, somehow knew that Benedict was, in fact, a fraud before he even knew it himself.
His hands shook as he reached for his flask. He took a quick swig, before throwing sensibility out the window and draining the remainder. Benedict just wanted reprieve, anything to distract him from the fact that his imposter syndrome was, in fact, a reality all along.
What if Benedict was on that horse instead of Kate? Tag to Bridgerton episode 2x07.
