If tomorrow... by bathbombhater

Summary
A series about continuations: the promises people make to themselves, to each other, and to the future they assume will be there.
In which Diana and Barbara Ann are bound by choice, devotion, divinity, and the quiet violence of believing there will always be time to fix things.
Not every tomorrow arrives. Not every ending believes in it.

Summary
(Spoilers for NINAH) the cashier girl and the cat lady are on the opposite spectrums of visitor-ness, one confident and aware, the other terrified and ignorent. But still, despite this, they both humanize visitors; one with the arts, the other with emotions. Trust is a rare thing. And despite it all, inevitability is inevitable; when 2 visitors are in the same house; people die.
Or really; I think Cashier Girl and Cat Lady could have an interesting dynamic if I riddle them with headcanons and just a little projection

Summary
A ritual circle. The closest to intact that Barbara had ever seen it, by a mile, and she stared down at it and felt her breath catch in her throat.
And then Carswell said, "Quickly—now," and Barbara blinked and looked up, just as the closest two goons Carswell had brought along as security grabbed her arms.
"What?" she said. "Hey, hang on! Just hang on a second, what in the hell do you think you're doing?"
(Or: Barbara gets herself in a little trouble in the process of trying to get her powers back, post-1984. Diana gets her out of it, but accidentally soulbonds with her along the way.)

Dude the dialogue after their binded together was COOL, I loved how Barbara kept tapping into Diana's mind, like WHAT THAT'S SO COOL!!!!
