Summary
"You can't keep doing it, Eddie." Buck tells him as he pins Eddie in place with his wide-eyed stare. "I can't keep standing by while you run into situations where there's a maniac with a gun!"
"Jesus," Eddie breathes out and sinks back into his chair, but before he can say anything else, it's like the hose has been turned on full, because Buck is up and away.
"Like, I never understood Bobby being scared about me and the sniper, or… well… I did, but my need to protect everyone outweighed everything else, including Bobby's logic and fear." Buck paces the space around the kitchen table and Eddie can see the way his hands tremble.
OR
Once the dust settles after the stand-off in the market, Buck realizes that some scars haven't really healed properly.

So either you have dementia, or you're telling yourself and everyone here stories to fit your narative" fury bleeding from his eyes "I checked on you

“N-no” he panted his breaths as relief hit and his vision returned, revealing a silent room, all eyes on him.
