Summary
Till was alive and loud, irritating and bright, warm and chaotic; he was all the things that Ivan wasn't, and he had no right to give up; he simply didn't know how. Despite the apathy, Till occasionally flared up with his old-fashion rage. It reminded Ivan of the embers from the big fire pits in the slums, which had already died out but could spark and even scorch if you stuck a twig in a sensitive place.
Or: Reminiscing between rounds, Ivan watches Till and takes stock of his own life.

Тилл был живым, был громким, раздражающим и ярким, тёплым и хаотичным, он был всем чем не был Иван и он не имел права сдаваться, он просто не умел. Несмотря на апатию, в Тилле и сейчас иногда вспыхивала былая ярость, это напоминало Ивану угли от больших кострищ в трущобах, уже отпевшие свою жизнь, они могли заискрить и даже обжечь, если сунуть в них прут в правильном месте.
