Summary
Sirius Black and Regulus Black are known as brothers by everybody else, but to them, they couldn't be the farthest from it. Ever since Sirius ran from Walburga and Orion, Regulus has refused to even make eye contact with the person he was once closest with. But it all changes when Sirius may or may not have taken an age-regression spell accidently, causing him to turn back to his 5-year-old self. This version of Sirius knows nothing of the feud between him and his brother, because at the time, Sirius and Regulus were bestest of friends. Unless Regulus takes his brother into his care, Sirius will be sent back to the one place he fears most.
OR
Sirius turns to a little kid and Regulus is forced to take care of him, also foreshadowing because sirius is obsessed with lupin even as a toddler, and James falls in love with Regulus because he is a massive softie at heart

"I was rather interested in meeting my favourite cousin, what can I say?"

Draco is faced with the Dark Lord in his home and the looming threat of being marked when he hears about Regulus Black, the youngest Death Eater to be marked from the first wizarding war.
But his cousin’s disappearance just doesn’t sit right with Draco. A smart Slytherin, dying right out of Hogwarts?
So, when Draco finds a resurrection ritual in one of his cousin’s old books, he does what anyone else wouldn’t.
He brings Regulus back.
