Mumbo blinked a couple times, his hands rubbing against his eyes as the sleepy swirls in his eyes faded away.
“Grian? Wh– Are you okay? What happened?” Mumbo’s eyes narrowed as they laid on him, scanning him as if he were hiding something.
Grian looked up at Mumbo, vision slightly blurry as water clung to his eyelashes and began to speak, “It happened, Mumbo.”
The man’s eyes narrowed, “Wha— What happened? What’d you mean?”

Forty-two days they had spent in space. Tracking. Spy information. Taking what they could from the Empire. Scar felt the squeeze of his heart.
Just one more job.
One more job and they can hyper jump right from this side of the galaxy. While he lacked a true home, his planet being one of the unfortunate casualties of the Empire’s, Scar looked forward to seeing the Resistance’s base again. See old crew, seeing friends. A chance to finally rest among the lush trees and flower fields away from the chaos of war.

Or Scar is apart of the Resistance, fight against the evil Empire. After a nasty fight he finds himself on a planet far, far away from the fight. His ship is destroyed with no way of contacting anyone in the war among the stars. He is left to his own devices with just droid friend at his side and the strange inhabitants of the planet- including their suspicious apothecary, Grian.
Aka: Star Wars lore mixed into Hermitcraft, inspo from Scar's base with touches of the Life Series.

“Well hello there! Can I help you?”
Grian coughed. “Um, no—” He paused as a certain request came back to his mind. “I mean, yes?”
A hint of amusement appeared on the man’s face, his smile turning more genuine. “Which is it?”
“Yes, yes,” Grian quickly said. He tore his eyes away from the man’s, before realizing that if they were going to have a conversation, he probably should be looking at the other man, so he brought his eyes back up. “Hi. I’m Grian.”
The man chuckled, extending his hand forward for a handshake. Grian couldn’t help but notice how well-built his arm looked. “I’m Scar.”
Grian swallowed, mentally told himself to stop being so nervous, and reached forward to take Scar’s hand. “Nice to meet you. You like flowers?” He winced. “Because this is going to be really awkward if you don’t.”
Joel and Lizzie ask Grian for a favor related to their upcoming wedding, and Grian ends up gaining a lot more than he would've expected.

"Me," his nemesis smiled, sharp grin clearly visible with glinting yellow eyes half-hidden by his ridiculous mask, wings stretched behind him in a familiar silhouette. "Hey there, little hero."

Grian's alter ego, Cuteguy, is known across the city for being three things: dangerous, insane, and completely obsessed with his hero counterpart, Hotguy. Scar is a café worker who spends his nights in a blue and orange visor to become Hotguy, the city's greatest hero with a past no one speaks of, who regularly battles his greatest nemesis, Cuteguy.
Cuteguy is notoriously obsessed with his nemesis. Scar is head over heels for the friendly avian who regularly visits his café. Both of them are hiding things, and one holds a secret that could change the very city they live in.
Between layers of endless lies, social media drama and rumours of government programs, two people trek the dangerous and unpredictable pathway of love between one whom it should be impossible to have it with.
