That was stupid though, because when he looked at Mizi he didn't get anything this intense. Was it fear, then? Indigestion? He probably needed more sleep.

Till stares at it as well, his heart pounding in his chest, still not a hundred percent sure he knows what’s going on. Ivan’s never mentioned anything about this before. Despite all his weird teasing and boundary pushing, he’s never brought up making Till his concubine of all things.
“You know I’m not like you,” he says softly after a moment, swallowing hard.
“I know,” Ivan says easily, nonchalantly. Like it doesn’t matter either way.
