Summary
Pale gold eyes watch him quietly, but there’s no sneering malice, no delighted calculation. If anything, he looks… tired. Preoccupied. As if Jango is more of a trial to pass than a helpless prisoner to toy with.

Bookmarker's Notes
Consumes my every waking thought. I literally think abt this fic all the time. This could be a published novel. The characters have such strong narrative voices, the writing is beautiful, the philosophical discussions are thought provoking and the world feels so fleshed out and expansive.

Summary
Ned returns from the Tower of Joy with not only Lyanna, but the knights who'd been guarding her.
Jaime has a more complicated time navigating his fall from honor with so many knights he'd once admired still around. Especially Ser Arthur, whose presence proves particularly tricky to deal with.

Same old story: unjust death, murderer alive, a shade called back from Hades. Jason used to read a lot. He knows what he's doing here.
(---At the end of a tragedy you're allowed to just be dead. That's the deal.)

“Do you think you deserve this?” the Oldest Dream asks.
Dokja is exhausted, miserable, shaky in his own skin. He’s so tired of being tired. “I’m starting to think I do,” he says.

This was amazing. The horror was so well done, I felt genuinely disturbed. I love how the reader loses touch with reality along with Dokja. Like at some points I couldn’t tell if things were happening in the present or if it was a flashback to his time as the oldest dream. This also has my favorite characterization of Yoo Joonhyuk ever.

Living in a big house with everyone was convenient, most of the time. But there were other things that couldn’t be avoided.
Or: The end.

Bookmarker's Notes
The most eerie fucking thing I’ve ever read. The building sense of dread was so trippy and so well executed. I kept asking myself why things felt so off, since I went into this thinking that it was just a typical happy epilogue and it left me questioning every interaction. Really really well done
