Summary
Vander worked, keeping his hands busy to distract himself from his mounting worry. After all, this isn't the first time Vi's been late back. Jobs don't always go to plan and if things get too bad (or if enforcers get involved), then Vi would distract whoever was after them, so the kids could escape. Despite knowing this, Vander still worried.
(Or what if one bad encounter changes the course of Vi's life.)

"Hello, may I enquire as to who you are and the purpose of this call?" A soft, polite voice greeted his ear.
"I'm Cheif James. This call is regarding the missing prince case." No sooner had the words left his mouth, did he hear what sounded like someone dorping the phone.
After what seemed to him to be the person on the line fumbling with the phone for a moment, the reply came in a hurry. "I'll put you right through, sir."
After sitting here on the Phone for hours, the time has come to talk to the Queen.
