Summary
Pixal was not blind. She was no fool, either. After waking up from a years-long stasis, she feels as though her senses may have even sharpened. Not that that matters, because Zane was never subtle, anyway. Not to her.
From the second she saw him, she knew something was up. His artificial heart had been pounding, the electrical signature from it spiking dramatically with every beat. And the way he looked at her… Zane was always one for dramatics, but he was so hopeful when he saw her. He was so happy. It was like he thought he would wake from a dream at any second, and he was trying to hold onto it for as long as he could.
It was kind of cute, the way he seemed to believe he was doing a good job of hiding what he really wanted.
OR: Pixal has returned, and Zane couldn't be happier to see her again.

Summary
Zane, as the elemental master of ice, was cool, calm, and collected. He is cold and calculated, and he is strong. That is what ice is, after all. Cold.
But for as long as he could remember, Zane's element had always been violent. Where Nya would describe gentleness, Zane would experience anger. Where Cole would describe grounding and support, Zane would feel hatred and venom. It was as though his element refused his command until he forced it to obey his will. Zane is not a forceful nindroid.

Lloyd looked at Zane as though he wanted to argue, but he ultimately shook his head. “But four days is so long! Can't I just look?”
“Give it a rest, Lloyd.” Nya walked into the room, affection practically dripping from her voice as she ruffled her jacket, which was covered in frost. Then, speaking lowly to Zane, “I remember when I was like that. Kai had to safeguard our makeshift tree at night so I wouldn't take a glance!”
Zane laughed at that, the mental image of a little Nya trying to convince her older brother to let her see her presents being tucked away in his mind. He noticed she was in thought. “What brings you out here?”
“Oh! Right, the guys wanted me to get Lloyd. It's snowing!” Nya turned to smile at Lloyd, whose eyes were wide with wonder.
“Snow?” He echoed. “It can snow here?”
