As a volunteer for a government programme that matches submissives in need with an appropriate dominant, Kim Hongjoong gets assigned Park Seonghwa's case.
Classed a brat, the cartoonist seems somewhat of a mystery. He's gone through more than a dozen dominants during his two years with the programme, yet his file is suspiciously clear of punishment slips or official write-ups.
