Zuko thinks the Avatar's collection of misfits is behaving weirdly. They're constantly acting like they know something he doesn't, like they know him when they definitely shouldn't, and they're constantly trying to get him to join them! Which he would never do!
(For some reason, Sokka, Katara, and Aang have memories of growing old, and all the steps it took to get there, but have no idea what triggered it other than breaking Aang out of the iceberg. Naturally, they want things to be better, but teenage Zuko, still in his angry yelling phase? Adorable. They can work with this.)

Nooooo the ocs feel so unbalanced to me and I actually like dont like them like I like the og characters 😭 why was this whole chapter about them tho, like when we met literally all of the other characters the existing cast was still able to be like vaguely present but they just felt so extremely passive in the face of self inserts 😭 (I get it I really so inserting characters you love more than the others is hard to do without showing it) -
