High School Graduation Day for the eldest Madrigal grandchildren is a momentous affair! All is fine and well.
After giving a rousing valedictorian speech, Isabela is nowhere to be found and barely checking her phone, but maybe she's just finally having her rebellious teenage phase now that high school is over and there's a break until college. Right? Right?
While this radio silence is going on, there are strange, but unconfirmed reports of explosions around the city floating around social media. But more importantly, Mariano is taking Dolores on a wonderful date, Mirabel and Camilo are planning the largest feast of take-out food imaginable, and Tía Pepa ... going into labor?
